The company is an emerging high-tech enterprise specializing in machinery and equipment for research and development of piping system, moreover, it is a modern large-scale private enterprise that has the strong capability of research ,development, processing and spraying. The leading product is the grooved connector of "1nuo" brand and auto parts. In addition, the company has passed ISO 9001 quality system in 2002 and gets down to FM approval and UL approval.
The company was founded in 2001,and possesses fixed assets about 50 million RMB, plant area more than 30000 square meter. Now our company has 260 staff, 20 engineering technical personnel ,5 engineers and 3 senior engineers. The production of rough casting are electric melting, online inspection control before metal melting and automatic molding. Our company has 6 intermediate frequency electric strove, one XZZ416A modern automatic molding line, dozens of CNC lathes and two plastic coated lines. And the annual production of our company is more than 15,000 ton. Of course ,We can also manufacture the products according to customers' requirement.
